The spread of the pandemic in March 2020, brought the whole world to a standstill, even The Church wasn’t spared, churches had to close their doors as per the guidelines. The new challenge was to get the “Word of God” out to the congregation; moving to an online platform was the only option.

Initially the project was outsourced to a third-party vendor, and the church had to incur a lot of expenses, after some deliberation and decisions, the church decided to have an inhouse media team.

Initially the team started recording the entire service using just one single smart phone and transmitting it through YouTube on scheduled time, when the Covid guideline relaxation allowed the churches to finally open with limited gathering the team started live streaming the service for those who were not able to attend church physically.

Today with the grace of our Lord, the church media team has grown physically and technically, we now use multiple cameras, edit and live stream at the same time.

Additionally, The Media team is involved in designing the church website, handling Social and Digital Media.
